Beginning on Tuesday, May 5th we will be resuming our normal animal control services in the field. For those wishing to turn in a stray pet, we will be accepting appointments for turn-in by phone only.
We appreciate everyone who has held on to pets during this crisis, but we are going to ask for your cooperation while we manage our intake of pets over these next weeks. We are anticipating a very high volume of intake and we are going to do our best to accommodate as many pets as we can.
We will be accepting a limited number of appointments between 11 am and 2 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will not accept any pets on Saturday or Sunday and we are closed to the public on Monday. We will NOT be accepting walk-ins at this time.
To make an appointment for a turn-in, please call 281-342-1512.
If you have a stray that you would like to foster through our shelter, please contact us at animalservices_fostering@fortbendcountytx.gov and we can walk you through the process of fostering a stray for us.
Thank you.
