Ways to Submit Plans

 An added benefit is that plans can be submitted 24 hours a day.  Plans can be submitted by inserting them into a drop off container that is located in front of our office.  Below lists the requirements that you need to complete when dropping off plans or paying permit fees:

  • DROPBOX 
  • Ensure that you submit two (2) paper sets of plans
  • Attach an envelope with your plans submittal
    • Mark the envelope with:
      • Name of project
      • Address of project
    • The envelope needs to include:
      • Fully completed permit application (application)
        • Ensure project name and address is correct
        • Include submitting party name, phone number, and e-mail
      • Check or money order for the permit fee (permit calculator)
  • Any additional fees should be submitted in the same manner
  • MAIL: If plans are submitted by mail follow the requirements above
  • IN PERSON: Plans can be submitted in person at our main office

Our clerks will then receive and process your plans submittal and/or fee payment.  You will then receive an e-mail with a receipt of your submission.  To schedule an inspection, or if you have any questions, please call our office at (281) 238-1500.

  2. Construction meetings are conducted on Wednesdays from 9am-2pm. Contact the office to schedule a meeting.
