Ways to Submit Plans

An added benefit is that plans can be submitted 24 hours a day. Plans can be submitted by inserting them into a drop off container that is located in front of our office. Below lists the requirements that you need to complete when dropping off plans or paying permit fees:
- DROPBOX
- Ensure that you submit two (2) paper sets of plans
- Attach an envelope with your plans submittal
- Mark the envelope with:
- Name of project
- Address of project
- The envelope needs to include:
- Fully completed permit application (application)
- Ensure project name and address is correct
- Include submitting party name, phone number, and e-mail
- Check or money order for the permit fee (permit calculator)
- Fully completed permit application (application)
- Mark the envelope with:
- Any additional fees should be submitted in the same manner
- MAIL: If plans are submitted by mail follow the requirements above
- IN PERSON: Plans can be submitted in person at our main office
Our clerks will then receive and process your plans submittal and/or fee payment. You will then receive an e-mail with a receipt of your submission. To schedule an inspection, or if you have any questions, please call our office at (281) 238-1500.
