Pauper burials are approved on a case by case basis when a family can show no means of burying the deceased. The family cannot have any assets or resources that can be liquidated or any insurance policy on the deceased that covers burial.
Family must sign a Pauper’s Oath and provide the following:

Identification on the deceased – I.D. card or Driver license and Social Security Card.

Identification on Informant – I.D. card or Driver license and Social Security Card.

Proof of Income – Current Award letter(s) and current pay stubs
