Deputy Rock Savage began his law enforcement career with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office in May 2009. He is currently assigned to the Kids & Cops division of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. He has the responsibility of teaching students from elementary to high school about laws, drugs, stress, peer pressure, bullying, & making good decisions. Lessons he hopes will effect their lives in a positive way. In addition to teaching, Deputy Savage works in the community at community outreach events at local businesses, clinics, schools, & churches. By bridging, the gap between community & policing Deputy Savage hopes to be the change that he wants to see. Hobbies include travel, smoking meat (BBQ), mudding, hunting, watching the Dallas Cowboys, & spending time with his beloved family.

Deputy Jennifer Tondera

Deputy Jennifer Tondera

Deputy Jennifer Tondera has been with the Ft. Bend County Sheriff's Office in 2010. She is assigned to the Community Services Division as a Kids & Cops Deputy. Deputy Tondera started her career working in Emergency Communications where she worked as a Dispatcher for seven years. Deputy Tondera teaches drug prevention education and safety awareness programs in schools across Fort Bend County. Deputy Tondera has a passion for teaching, building positive relationships with the community, and hopes to make a difference in today's youth as much as possible. Deputy Tondera strives to bring the residents of Fort Bend County and Law Enforcement closer every day. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, hunting and fishing.

Deputy Frank Davis Jr.

Deputy Frank Davis Jr.

Deputy Frank Davis has been serving in law enforcement since 1989 as a Deputy Sheriff. He is assigned to the Youth Programs Unit and a member of Ft. Bend County Kids & Cops, Inc. His duties are addressing the prevention of youth substance abuse and violence to youth from elementary up to high school. This mission is accomplished by creating positive interaction between law enforcement and youth, involving educational and recreational opportunities along with enhancing self-esteem. Deputy Davis is also a member of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Enforcers Football Team. Hobbies include reading, playing piano, and biking.

Deputy Lupe DelaRosaDeputy Lupe DelaRosa

Deputy Lupe DelaRosa has been with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office since 1998. She is assigned to the Kids & Cops Unit as a Youth Program Deputy. She Teaches substance abuse and safety awareness programs to students in the Fort Bend School District. Deputy DelaRosa enjoys running, reading, and listening to music.

Deputy Diane Fullinwider

Deputy Diane Fullinwider has been with the Ft. Bend County Sheriff’s Office since 1995. She is assigned to the Community Services Division as a Kids & Cops Youth Programs Deputy. Deputy Diane teaches anti-drug and safety awareness programs to students in Ft. Bend County. By encouraging a positive relationship between law enforcement and youth, Deputy Diane hopes to make a difference in as many young lives as possible. She believes there is nothing more important to all our futures than instilling optimism, self-confidence and the value of personal responsibility in our children. Deputy Diane enjoys sports, reading, and family time.

Deputy Tina GuerraDeputy Tina Guerra

Deputy Tina Guerra has been with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office since 1996. She is assigned to the Kids & Cops Unit as a Youth Program Deputy. She enjoys helping people and cares what happens to them. I am also a licensed vocational nurse for over 15 years. Deputy Guerra also enjoys working as a nurse because it also means helping people. Her hobbies are reading, going to the movies, and spending time with her family. But most of all, she likes working with kids and helping them to make the right choice.

Deputy Messina

Deputy Michael Messina

Deputy Michael Messina has been with the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office since 2011, working in the Detention Division and since 2013, has worked in the Community Services Division, specifically in the Kids and Cops Program. Deputy Messina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston, Downtown as well as a Texas Teaching Certificate. Deputy Messina enjoys working with Fort Bend County’s youth, guiding them to reach their fullest potential by keeping them safe, teaching them to make good choices, and making them aware of the real world and the dangers therein. In his spare time, Deputy Messina enjoys playing guitar, drums, and singing, as well as exercising and spending time with his family.

Deputy Branden Smith

Deputy Branden Smith

Deputy Smith has been serving the Community with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's office since 2009 as a Deputy Sheriff. He made a difference in the community, joining the Kids & Cop division of Fort Bend County. Where he teaches children and young adults about drugs, stress, peer pressure, bullying, good decision making and how to deal life's challenges in a positive way. He also encourages children to "Reach One, Teach One”. He strives to make a difference in building confidence in the youth for the future. Deputy Smith strongly believes that with his hard work and diligence the world can be better place one child at a time. When he's not making a difference in the Kids & Cops division he enjoys playing sports, watching the Dallas Cowboys play and spending time with family.
